“Masterclass Climate Action” by the Climate Protection Academy
What was previously known as the “Masterclass Climate Neutrality” is now called “Masterclass Climate Action.” The next course is scheduled to begin in September 2026.
The program focuses on climate neutrality. Participants gain insights into key climate facts, as well as current regulations and frameworks that affect companies. The course also covers how to implement climate action within companies and introduces relevant tools.
Leaders, consultants, and change-makers receive a compact, practical guide to achieving climate neutrality in their organizations through the Masterclass Climate Action.
Participants also have the opportunity to obtain certification as a Sustainability Manager.

From creating climate inventories to designing climate strategies and implementing concrete measures, the program provides ESG and process expertise for successful green transformation.
Across 6 modules delivered in 7 days, participants gain the knowledge and tools needed to take climate-neutral business practices to the next level.
The course takes place in Vienna, complemented by additional online sessions. The next edition runs from September to November 2026. Small groups of up to 10 participants ensure an intensive learning environment and individual support.
The program is led by Marion Zöchbauer and Johannes Naimer-Stach, Co-Founders of the Climate Protection Academy.
Additional online sessions with experts such as Petra Busswald on ESG data management
Participants can deepen their knowledge through additional online sessions dedicated to advanced topics. These sessions also feature guest experts, including Petra Busswald from akaryon GmbH, who will focus on ESG data management.
Certification as Sustainability Manager
After successfully completing the program and passing the final assessment, participants can obtain the certification “Sustainability Manager”.
