Managers, management consultants and other game changers learn how they can promote climate neutrality in small and medium-sized companies in a training course organized by the Climate Protection Academy.
The training
- provides fact-based know-how on the topic of climate neutrality,
- provides information on current regulations and framework conditions for companies,
- presents models and methods on the path to climate neutrality
- and shows examples from consulting practice.
6 modules combine theory and practice on the topic of climate neutrality in companies
The course is divided into 6 modules:
Module 1 Kick-Off (October 27, 2024)
Goals and process of the training, goal of consulting on climate neutrality and added value for organizations
Module 2 Basic module on climate protection in companies (October 4, 2024)
Definitions of terms, opportunities and risks for organizations, climate facts
Module 3 In-depth study of climate protection in companies
(October 17 & 18, 2024)
Discussion of concepts such as science-based targets, scopes (direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions), CO2 accounting, neutralization vs. compensation
Module 4 In-depth and context (November 8, 2024)
Definition and differentiation of concepts such as sustainability, ESG (environmental, social, governance), SDG (Sustainable Development Goals)
Module 5 Consulting practice (November 22, 2024)
Examples from consulting situations and from companies
Module 6 Conclusion (December 6, 2024)
