Target group

  • People who already use ESG-Cockpit and non-ESG-Cockpit customers (trial licence available!)

Learning goals – participants will learn

  • what characterises a sustainability strategy and why it helps save time, creates clarity and increases impact
  • how to move from individual measures to a simple, structured strategy
  • how to establish goals, measures and responsibilities
  • how to create and develop an initial strategy in the ESG-Cockpit
  • how to independently plan the next steps within the company.

Module 1 – Basic principles of sustainability strategy & first steps with the ESG-Cockpit

  • What is a sustainability strategy?
  • Difference between individual measures and strategic management
  • The core elements of a sustainability strategy
  • Interactive exercise: From measure chaos to structure
  • Live demo in the ESG-Cockpit: Overview & first practical case (illustration of a sustainability strategy in the ESG-Cockpit)
  • Outlook for Module 2: practical framework of strategies, measures and targets for efficient management of the organisation
  • Task to prepare for Module 2

Module 2 – Application, deepening & next steps

  • Sharing experiences: What worked well?
  • Input on goals, priorities, responsibilities
  • Guided work session in the ESG-Cockpit: Create your own structure or continue working on a case study
  • Peer coaching on next steps
  • Conclusion: What is possible in the next 30 days

Scope

  • 2 Online-Sessions à 2 h per module (one week’s interval)
  • Mini guide & compact checklist as supporting material
  • Participants who book both modules will receive (if they are not yet ESG-Cockpit customers) a trial licence for the period from the start of Module 1 to the end of Module 2 (approx. 2 months), giving them the opportunity to try out the ESG-Cockpit!
  • Each session is recorded and can be viewed afterwards for review or if missed.

Requirements

  • No prior knowledge necessary
  • Computer with internet access
  • Optional: Initial list of previous sustainability measures (if available)

Kosten
€290 or €250 per person (if several people from one organisation participate).

Co-financing for companies from Vienna, Lower Austria and Styria can be arranged, reducing the costs to a small excess. This can also be considered and arranged for Burgenland, Upper Austria and Salzburg if necessary.
