Learning goals – Participants will learn:

• how to create and develop an initial strategy in the ESG Cockpit

Module 1 – Basic principles of sustainability strategy & first steps with the ESG Cockpit

• What is a sustainability strategy?
• Difference between individual measures and strategic management
• The core elements of a sustainability strategy
• Interactive exercise: From measure chaos to structure
• Live demo in the ESG Cockpit: Overview & first practical case (illustration of a sustainability strategy in the ESG Cockpit)
• Outlook for Module 2: practical framework of strategies, measures and targets for efficient management of the organisation
• Task to prepare for Module 2

Module 2 – Application, deepening & next steps

• Sharing experiences: What worked well?
• Input on goals, priorities, responsibilities
• Guided work session in the ESG Cockpit: Create your own structure or continue working on a case study
• Peer coaching on next steps
• Conclusion: What is possible in the next 30 days

Scope

• 2 Online-Sessions à 2 h per module (one week’s interval)
• Mini guide & compact checklist as supporting material
• Participants who book both modules will receive (if they are not yet ESG Cockpit customers) a trial licence for the period from the start of Module 1 to the end of Module 2 (approx. 2 months), giving them the opportunity to try out the ESG Cockpit!
• Each session is recorded and can be viewed afterwards for review or if missed.

• No prior knowledge necessary
• Computer with internet access
• Optional: Initial list of previous sustainability measures (if available)

Kosten
€290 or €250 per person (if several people from one organisation participate).

Co-financing for companies from Vienna, Lower Austria and Styria can be arranged, reducing the costs to a small excess. This can also be considered and arranged for Burgenland, Upper Austria and Salzburg if necessary.

Umfang

• 2 Online-Sessions à 2 h pro Modul (eine Woche Abstand)Mini-Leitfaden & kompakte Checkliste als BegleitmaterialTeilnehmende die beide Module buchen, erhalten (falls sie noch keine ESG-Cockpit-Kund:innen sind) eine Test-Lizenz für die Zeit von Start Modul 1 bis Ende Modul 2 (ca. 2 Monate), und damit die Möglichkeit das ESG-Cockpit auszuprobieren!Jeder Termin wird aufgezeichent und kann im Nachfeld zur Wiederholung oder bei Versäumnis angesehen werden.

Kosten290 € bzw. 250 € je Person (wenn mehrere Personen einer Organisation teilnehmen).

Eine Ko-Finanzierung für Betriebe aus Wien, NÖ & Stmk kann ermöglicht werden, danach reduzieren sich die Kosten auf einen geringen Selbstbehalt. Auch für Bgld, OÖ, Sbg kann dies bei im Anlassfall vorraussichtlich geprüft und ermöglicht werden.
