Does the ESG-Cockpit deliver on its promise? The past few months have been characterized by a thorough examination of the software’s performance and the associated workflows.
Functionality, security, and development processes, including documentation, were assessed.
Based on various reporting test cases, it was examined whether the software complies with the selected audit criteria and regulatory requirements. The following criteria and standards were used for the assessment: IDW PS 880 (Audit of Software Products), IDW RS FAIT 1 (Principles of Proper Accounting when Using Information Technology), KFS/DV1 (Compliance of IT-Based Accounting Systems), and ESRS.
Tested was the ESG-Cockpit in the ESRS configuration, release version 2024.12.
