ESG Portal
The ESG-Portal is a digital solution for “group-oriented”, individually configurable ESG reporting (e.g. including CO₂ calculations etc.) or ESG-oriented surveys that can be combined with the ESG-Cockpit but can also be used independently.
One or more ESG data collection forms can be configured. Each user can then fill in several data sets (e.g. annual reporting) and, if configured, also receive specific reports:
In this way, suppliers (basic ESG data, product-related ESG data, CSDDD), members, employees (e.g. travel to work), stakeholders (e.g. materiality), members, partner companies, etc. can be included, and the data seamlessly transferred to your own reporting in the ESG-Cockpit or to aggregated analyses.
The basic portal technology is customized for each specific application:

The elements of ESG-Cockpit are available for data collection and analysis configuration (input fields, analyses, emission factors) – these can be used from the portal via APIs. In addition, classic questionnaire questions (multiple choice etc.) can be configured and supplemented directly in the portal.

The user area allows each user to
- Refilling data collection(s)
- Review the list of already filled surveys and change the data
- Data collection: several data sets are possible using different time references
- Analysis per data collection and comparison (e.g. compare two years)
Backend/Administration
- Creating and editing the data collection forms
- Editorial processing of news and other content
- Administrative functions: List of registered users, mailings to registered users, etc.
- User statistics – benchmarks, comparisons, forwarding to follow-up offers, etc.
